Tandem Health has initiated a collaboration with Medtanken Group, a leading Swedish healthcare provider with over 1,000 employees across Medtanken, Medpro, Omtanken, Hälsomedicinskt Center, Kvarterskliniken, and City Sjukhuset 7+. The partnership started with a successful pilot at 5 of Medtanken Group's clinics. Full-scale rollout is now underway, with Tandem already having been implemented at in total 15 Medtanken Group clinics.

During the pilot conducted with Tandem, more than 4,000 notes were created across 5 different clinics. Evaluation showed that over 80% of the notes created in Tandem were transferred to the medical records system within 30 minutes. The average time for these notes from draft creation in Tandem to being completed and transferred by the clinician was just 80 seconds. This means that the medical note is done and available in the medical record system, for both other clinicians and the patient themselves to see - in just 80 seconds from the consultation having ended. Tandem has thus enabled an overwhelming majority of notes to be quickly completed right after the patient visit.
