Cosmic is a medical record system developed by the Swedish company Cambio and used in hospitals, primary care centers and specialist units across most of Sweden's regions, including recent agreements with Region Stockholm and Region Gotland. Cambio Open Services (COS) is the integration platform that lets third-party applications connect with Cosmic. The system provides a unified patient record shared across bookings, test results, medications and treatment. An integration between Tandem's AI scribe and Cosmic COS enables clinical documentation to transfer directly into the medical record system.
