Tandem works alongside J4 in primary care and specialist clinics, letting clinicians record consultations with Tandem's AI scribe and have the resulting notes appear directly in the patient's J4 record.
J4 (CGM J4) is a web-based medical record system developed by CompuGroup Medical (CGM) for primary care and private specialist practices in Sweden. It is cloud-hosted, used by more than 6,000 users, and has also been adopted by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service for medical documentation. The system covers patient records, prescriptions, referrals and appointment booking. An integration between Tandem's AI scribe and J4 enables clinical documentation to transfer directly into the medical record system.
