Melior is a hospital medical record system used in Swedish healthcare, originally introduced in the 1990s by Siemens and later taken over by Cerner following its 2015 acquisition of Siemens Health Services. It has been the main patient record system in hospitals within the Västra Götaland region, among others. Some Swedish regions, such as Skåne, have been phasing Melior out in favor of newer, unified care information systems.
