OMNI360 is a modular client and patient information system developed by CGI for health and social care organisations in Finland, covering both social services and healthcare needs. It is used by several Finnish welfare regions, including Varsinais-Suomi, Pirkanmaa and North Savo, and is integrated with Kanta, Finland's national health data repository, for social care records.
