Tandem works alongside TakeCare in hospital and primary care settings, letting clinicians record consultations with Tandem's AI scribe and have the resulting documentation appear directly in the patient's TakeCare record.
TakeCare is a medical record system used across hospitals and primary care in Sweden, most notably by Region Stockholm and Region Gotland as well as parts of Västra Götaland region. Originally developed in the late 1980s, it is now maintained by CompuGroup Medical (CGM) and is used by around 60,000 healthcare staff to manage patient records, prescriptions, referrals and bookings across public and private providers. An integration between Tandem's AI scribe and TakeCare enables clinical documentation to transfer directly into the medical record system.
