Use Tandem on iPad

The mobile app now supports iPad, designed for the bigger screen instead of a scaled-up phone view. Same recording capabilities as on iPhone, including background, locked-screen and offline recording. Live on the App Store.

Customise your PDF exports

Clinic admins can now add a clinic logo and header to notes and referrals exported as PDF, and each clinician can set a personal signature. Child clinics inherit their parent's branding. See how to customise your PDF exports in the help centre.

Filter your clinic dashboards by template and time

My Clinic and My Organisation dashboards now filter by template, and filters apply to the summary cards as well as the graphs. Pick daily, weekly or monthly grouping, and search within filters when your organisation has many clinics or templates.

Set your clinic's own consent wording

Clinic admins can now customise the wording of the patient consent dialog in My Clinic → Settings. Child clinics inherit their parent's wording and can override it when needed. Available for clinics with the consent dialog enabled.

Share dot phrases across your clinic

Clinic admins can now set dot phrases that everyone in the clinic can use. Clinicians can still override them with their own.

Bulk upload your local guidelines

You can now upload a whole folder of local guidelines to Clinical Decision Support (inside Ask Tandem), and re-upload to replace them when a newer version comes out. Organisation admins can upload once at the parent clinic and share with the child clinics that need them. Live for everyone using clinical decision support.

Improvements

• Clinic and organisation admins can now add someone to their clinic who already has a Tandem account. Clinicians who work in more than one clinic can now hold different settings in each, including profession, language and display name.

• Clinical decision support in Ask Tandem can now show a flowchart or diagram from a local guideline, or point you to it in the source document. Works for local guidelines uploaded from 1 September onwards.

• Secretaries can now delete tasks from the inbox. Deletions can be undone and are logged.
