Tandem is an AI clinical assistant and AI scribe that integrates with more than 130 systems across healthcare and adjacent care settings. It includes an AI scribe for real-time documentation and a Coding Assistant that surfaces relevant diagnosis and procedure codes as suggestions alongside the note - supporting national coding frameworks across Europe.
Tandem listens to the consultation and drafts the note while you talk to your patient.
