Tandem supports meeting a patient and speaking any language. The transcription is then translated to the target language, so the notes are created in the desired language.
When you start using Tandem, we mirror your medical note templates. Notes are created exactly as you're accustomed to, with your preferred sections and format.
Alongside each note, Tandem will also list ICD-10 diagnoses codes related to the consultation. If you can't find the correct code directly in the list, there's also a smart search function to easily locate the right code.
Notes can be created not only based on patient conversations, but also from text input. Any text can be entered, such as form responses, chats, or previous notes, and they will seamlessly integrate into the created note.
Tandem also assists you with other time-consuming tasks related to patient visits. With a click, you can generate documentation for e.g., referrals and sick leave notes.
Tandem has a built-in phrase lexicon to ensure medical language is used in notes. For example, if you examine a patient and say their lungs sound good, it will be written as "Lungs clear to auscultation bilaterally".
Use your voice to edit notes in Tandem. You can also perform verbatim dictations for tasks such as writing letters and test results. There is no need to say "period," "comma," or similar - Tandem understands this naturally!
Once you are done with the note in Tandem, it can be automatically transferred to your medical record system. We currently support automatic transfer to systems such as TakeCare, Webdoc, Cosmic, PMO, J4, and ClinicBuddy. Additional medical record systems are added as soon as there's demand.
