In November 2023, Tandem Health entered a partnership with IT Omsorg, a major healthcare IT provider in Sweden. Since 2010, IT Omsorg has been at the forefront of delivering essential IT solutions and support to care organizations, ensuring their operations run smoothly. This collaboration aims to bring Tandem Health's clinician copilot to caregivers across Sweden, enhancing efficiency and reducing administrative burdens.

"We are always looking to provide the best and most innovative solutions to our customers. It therefore felt natural to partner with Tandem Health as soon as we heard about their groundbreaking product", says Christian Catellani, co-owner of IT Omsorg.

Over the past six months, the partnership has already brought Tandem to dozens of caregivers. This has allowed their clinicians to focus more on providing patients with care, rather than administrative tasks. When asked to reflect on the partnership, the responses are:
