Tandem works alongside Medhelp in telehealth and primary care advisory settings, so documentation from a phone or digital consultation captured in Tandem can be sent directly into the patient's record in Medhelp.
Medhelp (Medhelp Sjukvårdsrådgivning AB) is a Swedish healthcare company that operates telephone and digital advisory services under the national 1177 Vårdguiden brand, handling more than two million calls a year through around 250 nurses. Medhelp keeps its own medical records for these consultations, and since 2021 has shared relevant journal notes with other Swedish healthcare providers through the national patient overview (NPÖ).
