Accessability statement (251220)

At Tandem Health, we are committed to making our services accessible and usable for as many users as possible. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continuously work to improve the experience for healthcare professionals using the application.  This declaration on accessibility describes how our website (www.tandemhealth.ai) and our digital services fulfills the legal requirements on accessibility. The statement also gives you information on how you can report deficits to us so we can fix them.

How we test availability

Our accessibility is assessed according to WCAG 2.2 recommendations through a combination of automated tools to ensure code compliance and manual testing, This work is conducted with support from internal and external resources. Our work includes:

  • Regular accessibility assessments using automated tools and manual testing

  • Keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility checks

  • Ongoing improvements based on user feedback

We provide both a public website and a web-based application. To ensure clarity, we have divided our accessibility information into separate sections for each digital service:

Website: https://www.tandem.ai

Web application: https://app.tandemhealth.ai

Availability and limitations

We are aware that parts of the website and our web-based application are not fully accessible. See below for more information.

Website

Accessibility considerations are incorporated into our design and development process, with a focus on clear structure, readable content, and thoughtful use of colour and layout. The website supports keyboard navigation, allowing users to move through interactive elements without using a mouse, and we plan to expand our accessibility efforts by introducing automated testing tools and further improving compatibility with assistive technologies, including screen readers.

At present, the website partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. Current known areas for improvement include:

  • Full keyboard navigation

  • Optimized screen reader support

Our website was last fully tested on December 18, 2025 against the WCAG 2.2. AA standards by our marketing team.

Web application

Some accessibility limitations remain, and we are actively working to address them. Current known areas for improvement include:

  • Some text and interactive elements may have insufficient contrast

  • The template creator is not currently available on mobile devices

  • On smaller devices, patient encounters can only be renamed from the note page

  • The user table in My Clinic can be difficult to navigate using keyboard navigation alone

Our web application was last fully tested on 11 November 2024 against the WCAG 2.2 AA standards by our design and development teams.

Feedback and contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Tandem Health’s website and digital services. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us at info@tandemhealth.ai and include:

  • Which part of our service you were using

  • A description of the issue you experienced

  • Your preferred contact method, if you would like a response

Your feedback helps us identify issues and continuously improve accessibility for all users.

Supervision

The Agency for Digital Government (Digg) is responsible for supervising compliance with the Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Services. You can submit a complaint to Digg if you believe that our digital service has shortcomings in accessibility.
