Lifecare (Lifecare HSL) is a medical record system used by around 170 Swedish municipalities for community and home healthcare documentation under the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). It is used by nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists to document care delivered in patients' homes and other community settings, and is provided by Tietoevry Care. The system includes care planning, task management and mobile access features for community-based care teams.
