Tandem works alongside Qare so that clinicians conducting video consultations can have the visit documented and added to the patient's file without needing to type during or after the call.
Qare is a French teleconsultation platform, described as the country's first digital clinic, that lets patients consult doctors online and maintains a digital patient file containing medical history, documents and prescriptions. It has been authorized by France's Ministry of Health, and consultations through the platform have been reimbursable by French health insurance since October 2022.
