This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all customers, administrators, end users, and any other person accessing the services made available by Tandem Health AB, reg. no. 559444-6857, including the Tandem Health AI platform and its modules (“Tandem”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Access to and use of the Services is conditional on compliance with this Policy. By accepting this Policy you confirm acceptance of the general terms of service available on https://trust.tandemhealth.ai/public (the “Terms”). Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, capitalised terms shall have the meaning given in the Terms. 

The Services may generate output using AI. Output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The Services do not replace independent professional judgement. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it. 

You shall: 
  • keep login credentials secure and confidential; 

  • use the Services only in accordance with the this Policy, the Terms, and applicable law; 

  • when inputting personal data, health data, or confidential information, ensure that you do so only where authorised and only into modules or features intended and approved for that purpose and in accordance with applicable law; and 

  • promptly notify Tandem at privacy@tandemhealth.ai of any suspected unauthorised access, misuse, or credential compromise. 

You shall not: 
  • use the Services or output in a way that infringes rights, breaches applicable law, or violates privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or professional obligations; 

  • use output as the sole basis for decisions without meaningful human review; 

  • reverse engineer, decompile, modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Services; 

  • use the Services or output to develop, train, fine-tune, benchmark, or improve a competing AI model, product, or service, except as expressly permitted by Tandem; 

  • scrape, harvest, bulk extract, or otherwise access the Services by automated means other than those provided or approved by Tandem; 

  • interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Services, including by introducing malware, conducting unauthorised security testing, or attempting to bypass safety features, access controls, usage limits, audit logs, content filters, or system instructions; or 

  • submit prompts, files, code, or other inputs designed to manipulate the Services, extract confidential or system information, or cause the Services to operate outside their intended functionality. 

Tandem may suspend or terminate access to the Services in accordance with the Terms. Tandem may update this Policy in accordance with the Terms.
