Lukas has a habit of seeing the obvious long before others do. He led McKinsey’s Nordic AI and digitization practice by pushing health systems toward data-driven care years before it became the standard. Before that he worked on machine learning at Spotify. At Tandem he is placing the right bets again, whether it is hiring clinicians to shape the product or building the organization to scale fast.
Oscar Boldt-Christmas CCO & Co-founder
Oscar has spent two decades deep inside European healthcare as a Senior Partner at McKinsey. He has seen what works, what breaks, and what actually changes outcomes for patients. He joined Tandem because progress in healthcare happens too slowly, and someone needed to build technology that could finally speed it up.

Oliver has built advanced AI at Google X, Uber, and fast-moving startups like Depict and Mavenoid. He knows how to turn research into products people rely on every day. At Tandem he is applying that approach to healthcare, a field where better engineering translates directly into better lives.
