In Portuguese hospitals and primary care units using SClínico, Tandem would work alongside clinicians during patient encounters, transferring the resulting documentation into the patient's SClínico record.
SClínico is Portugal's national electronic health record system, used by doctors, nurses and other clinicians across both hospital and primary care settings within the National Health Service (SNS). It replaced a set of older, specialty-specific applications and is developed and maintained by SPMS, the Ministry of Health's shared-services agency.
